These terms govern your use of the Eastlink website and services. Please read them before you apply or work with us.

Agreement
By using this site or applying to Eastlink, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and you must have the right to enter into agreements for the content and channels you bring to us.
Accounts and applications
You agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you will keep it current. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. We review every application for fit and may decline at our discretion.
Services and the split
The specific services we provide and the revenue split that applies are set out in the separate agreement we sign with each creator or label. The figures shown on this site are indicative and the signed agreement controls.
Your content and ownership
- You keep ownership of your content, your masters and your audience.
- You grant Eastlink the rights needed to operate and protect your channels on your behalf.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you provide.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site or the services, including by infringing the rights of others, uploading unlawful content, or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
Payments
We collect revenue on your behalf and pay you according to the schedule and method in your agreement, after deducting the agreed split and any platform fees. Statements show how each figure is reached.
Termination
Either party may end the working relationship on the notice set out in the signed agreement. We may suspend or end access immediately if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached.
Disclaimers
The site and services are provided on an as is basis. We do not guarantee specific revenue, growth or results, which depend on many factors outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Eastlink is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amounts payable under the relevant agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
